Here are just some of the processes I perform when listing your home   

 
  • Determine key selling features of your home, prepare a thorough comparative marketing analysis (CMA) specific to your property and subdivision, and assist you in determining an appropriate listing price for your home.
  • Prepare all paperwork for proper documentation of the listing and transfer all listing details to MLS (Multiple Listing Service
  • Place order for a "Virtual Tour" on your home from OBEO, the premier virtual tour company around.  Order to include at least 12-15 still photos, which are loaded for both still and animated tours.  This will automatically place your property on You Tube.
  • List your home on a minimum of 28 websites, including; Realtor.com, this site, and REColorado.
  • Make appointment with my stager to meet with you and give you recommendations as to getting your home ready for sale in the “best light”. The first hour of her time is on me!
  • Prepare sign and sign rider for the unique website for your property only!
  • Prepare and provide full color brochure to be placed inside the home. 
  • Contact all agents that have shown property, communicate weekly to discuss feedback on showings, if and when received from the agent who showed your property, and update you on current market trends effecting your sale and recommendations on how to get your home sold.
  • Sell your home for the most amount of money with the least amount of inconvenience to you!
